Here at ACCF we take our athlete's goals seriously. For any member who has the desire to step up and get on the competition floor we offer our Saturday morning Competitor's Class. During these sessions we will discuss tactics and tips on efficiency of movement for competition day and how to approach training prior to it. We will work on increasing the skill level of every athlete and help you figure out how to go about working on your specific weaknesses. We will discuss competition day nutrition considerations as well as packing and travel tips for out of town events. After a skill based warm up we will spend some time practicing a programmed WOD. When we conclude class "homework" will be assigned to each athlete so they have a focus to correct deficiencies before coming back for their next session.
Our Competitor's Class is only open to athletes who are already registered for a competition so we can ensure each athlete receives enough attention to be as prepared as humanly possible. So go register for an event and come see us Saturday morning!
