I set "Complete King Kong" on my goal board back in 2012 and have been working toward it ever since. Time for a progress check. I'll be taking on the WOD at noon following our usual 10AM Saturday WOD. Anyone is welcome to join and try with me. The only rule to attempting King Kong is that we do NOT allow scaling. You either perform the WOD as it's written or you cheer from the sidelines.
